Ailsing Quinn

Founder & CEO of MoShoppa

Aisling, a Kildare native, founded AI e-commerce platform, MoShoppa, shortly after her graduation. Foregoing a training contract with a leading law firm, she switched careers at an early stage to drive her tech start-up, and credits UCD for giving her the skills and self-belief to take this road less travelled.


Dr Andrew Butler

Barrister at Thorndon Chambers

Dr Andrew Butler is a litigator with significant experience before New Zealand’s higher courts in commercial, trusts and public law litigation. Much of his work, in particular in human rights, is high profile including issues like prisoner voting rights, assisted dying, extradition, tax avoidance and media mergers.


Fiona McEntee

Immigration Lawyer and Managing Partner of McEntee Law Group

Fiona is Founding and Managing Partner of McEntee Law Group in Chicago. You may recognize her from CNN.com, BBC and RTE, where she provides her expertise on immigration law. Fiona is the Chair of the Media & Advocacy Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has recently published her first book 'Our American Dream'.


Kara Kelly

Assistant Producer & Reporter - RTÉ Sport

Kara began her career as a legal secretary. In 2012, she got a job as a runner in RTÉ and in 2017, she went on to work as an EVS operator and assistant producer for a number of companies such as Setanta Sports & Virgin Media. She also continued working for RTÉ as a researcher & producer and in 2020 secured a job as a sports reporter for RTÉ.


Karen Banks

Deputy Director-General, European Commission Legal Service

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1979, Karen practised law for two years before going to the LSE to do a Masters’ Degree in 1982. She started working for the Legal Service of the EU Commission in 1983, and worked in various teams of that Service before becoming first Director and now Deputy Director General.
